Match states & validation

A match goes through four states depending on the entries from both teams.

State	When	Display
Upcoming	Neither team has entered a score	Date/time, or "vs"
Pending	Only one team has entered	Score in amber + "to validate". "Entered X-Y" badge on the side of the team that entered, "waiting…" on the opponent's side
Disagreement	Both entered but different scores	Both scores in red (e.g. "2-1 / 1-2") + "disagreement"
Confirmed	Both agree	Bold white score (e.g. "2-1") — final state

Resolving a disagreement

• One of the two teams corrects its entry to match the other, or
• the admin forces the correct result (override).

Good to know

• A confirmed match feeds the standings and the stages.
• A "Pending" or "Disagreement" match does not count until it is confirmed.
