Entering a match score
Who can enter a score?

If you don't have the rights, score entry does not appear on the match page (it is reserved for the GM/Co-GM of both teams and the competition admin).
How to do it
- Click the match: its match page opens.
- Enter the Home score and the Away score (integers ≥ 0).
- Send the score.
Double validation
Each team enters its score. The match is only confirmed when both entries match. See the detail of the states in States & validation.
Forcing a result (admin)
The admin can force the score without waiting for both teams to agree (useful in case of persistent disagreement). They can also change the date of the match directly from the match page (see Reschedule).
On a tournament's Admin page, each match card has two score boxes and a validate button: the admin enters the result directly, without opening the match page. Clicking elsewhere on the card still opens the full page (chat, proofs).
Penalty shootout
In the final stage, a tie may require designating the winner by penalty shootout.
