Score disputes
When both teams enter different scores, a dispute opens. The league gives you two tools to settle it: screenshot proof and calling an admin.
Your proof: the end-of-match screenshot
When entering the score, each team can attach a screenshot of the end-of-match screen (the score screen the game displays). Both players see the same final screen: two honest screenshots always match.
Capture the end screen after every match, before leaving the lobby. It is your only proof in case of a disagreement.
Calling an admin
If the disagreement persists, a captain or co-captain of either team can call an admin from the match page:
- the call locks a 100-coin stake, taken from the team's wallet and held in escrow by the federation;
- a reason is required (explain the disagreement in a few words);
- the federation staff is notified immediately, and the call is recorded in the match journal.
If the team's wallet cannot cover the 100 coins, the call is refused. The stake discourages abusive calls: it is refunded when your score is validated.
The 12-hour window
The first call opens a 12-hour window during which the opposing team can counter-stake (call an admin in turn, under the same conditions: 100 coins and a reason). Its captains are notified.
| Situation when the 12 hours elapse | Outcome |
|---|---|
| No counter-stake | The staking team's score is validated automatically, and its stake is refunded |
| Both teams staked | The dispute is contested: an admin reviews the proofs and decides |
Not counter-staking counts as accepting: if you are sure of your score, stake; otherwise, let the window expire.
When an admin decides
On a contested dispute, the admin relies on the end-of-match screenshots provided by both teams. The decision sets the score, is recorded in the match journal and notified to both teams.
